RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect orders, as all products are custom-made.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the order was incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds to credit cards typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or the order was incorrect.

  • If a refund is denied due to the item not meeting return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
